4. Your Content

“Content” means data, prompts, files, text, or materials you submit to the Services.

You retain ownership of your Content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your Content to operate and improve the Services.
You represent you have all rights to submit the Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Output Rights

No generation or distribution of non-consensual personal data, harassment, or hate content.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
