This behavioural assessment course is designed for the Change Manager in the Financial Services industry. Evaluate how effectively the learner identifies resistance, listens to employee and stakeholder concerns, and converts feedback into practical change actions. Assess decision-making trade-offs that balance customer impact, risk controls, productivity, employee readiness, and speed of adoption. Evaluate stakeholder management behaviours that build support across frontline teams, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and senior leadership. Assess leadership behaviours that reduce attrition risk, shorten productivity dips, and sustain engagement during strategic transformation.
