This assessment course evaluates the Future Readiness Skills of the primary learner persona, the Senior Manager, through rapid, high-stakes role plays that surface observable behaviours in learning agility, adaptability, systems thinking, decision-making under uncertainty, and digital & AI fluency.Demonstrate learning agility by quickly updating hypotheses, seeking missing information, and applying lessons from prior scenarios to new constraints. Show adaptability to change by re-planning under shifting priorities, reorganizations, and disrupted resources while maintaining team alignment. Apply systems thinking to map second-order impacts, interdependencies, and downstream risks across functions, customers, and operations. Make decisions under uncertainty by setting decision criteria, managing risk trade-offs, and communicating rationale and contingencies. Exhibit digital & AI fluency by selecting appropriate data/AI approaches, recognizing limitations and bias, and governing responsible use.
